  • 1 cup of quinoa

  • Curd mint dip
  • ¼ cup mint
  • ½ cup curd
  • 4 – 5 chillies
  • Salt, pepper,garlic
  • 300 grams chicken breast
  • 4 to 5 tbsp hung curd
  • 1 whole lemon juice
  • Salt , garlic , red chilli powder , pepper , mix and pan fry


  • Rinse quinoa and add 2 cups of water for 1 cup of quinoa Cook it
  • Curd mint dip , ¼ cup mint , ½ cup curd ,4 – 5 chillies, Salt, pepper,garlic
  • Blend them all and put a side.
  • Marinate 300 grams chicken breast for 10 to 15 minutes
  • 4 to 5 tbsp hung curd
  • 1 whole lemon juice
  • Salt , garlic , red chilli powder , pepper , mix and pan fry with little olive oil


1 cup cooked quinoa Cucumber tomatoes mango (optional) bell peppers

Add 300 grams cooked chicken and add curd mint dressing and add some seeds for the crunch and enjoy

  • Quinoa: 8 grams of protein
  • Chicken Breast: 90 grams of protein
  • Curd Mint Dip: 5-6 grams of protein

Total protein content in the recipe = 8 grams (quinoa) + 90 grams (chicken) + 5-6 grams (curd dip) = 103-104 grams of protein.
