Noida sectors closest to the DND — 14, 15, 18, 27 — reach our Lajpat Nagar clinic in roughly 30 minutes. Sectors beyond 100 are considerably further, and most patients there use video consultation for routine reviews.

Noida by sector: how far you actually are
Noida's layout means travel time to central Delhi varies more than most patients expect. The sectors closest to the DND Flyway and Kalindi Kunj are a genuinely short trip; the outer sectors are close to an hour.
Sectors 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 37 sit in the older, closer part of Noida. From here, Lajpat Nagar is typically 30 to 40 minutes via the DND, or via Kalindi Kunj when the DND is congested.
Sectors 44, 50, 51, 52, 61, 62, 63 and 71 — the central and institutional belt including the Sector 62 office corridor — generally take 40 to 50 minutes, usually via the DND or Akshardham.
Sectors 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 100, 107, 110, 128, 132, 135, 137, 142, 143 and 150 form the outer expressway belt. From here you are looking at 50 to 70 minutes each way, which is why video consultation is the practical default for these sectors.
Noida Extension and the Greater Noida border
Noida Extension, also known as Greater Noida West, covers Gaur City, Bisrakh, Sector 1 Extension and the surrounding townships. Travel time to Lajpat Nagar is commonly 60 to 80 minutes depending on route and traffic.
Patients from this belt almost universally prefer video consultation after an initial in-person visit, and several complete their entire programme online.
If you do travel in person, the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway followed by the DND is usually the most predictable route, though timing matters considerably.
We would rather you attend fewer in-person appointments and actually keep them, than schedule monthly visits you end up missing.
Metro access from Noida
The Blue Line runs directly through Noida, serving Sector 15, 16, 18, 34, 52, 59, 61, 62 and Noida Electronic City, with the Botanical Garden interchange connecting to the Magenta Line.
The Aqua Line serves the expressway sectors — 50, 51, 76, 81, 83, 101, 137, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147 and 148 — connecting to the Blue Line at Sector 51 and 52.
From the Blue Line you can reach Lajpat Nagar via the Violet Line, with an interchange. For most Noida patients the metro is slower than driving but considerably more predictable.
Lajpat Nagar station is a short distance from the clinic, and is also a Pink Line interchange, which gives several routing options.
Why the Sector 62 and Sector 18 working population asks about this
The Sector 62 office corridor and the Sector 18 commercial belt both have large populations working long, desk-bound hours — a pattern strongly associated with weight gain, prediabetes and fatty liver.
Patients from these areas frequently describe the same thing: irregular meal timing, late dinners, heavy reliance on delivery food, and no realistic window for exercise on a working day.
GLP-1 treatment does not fix a schedule, but it does remove the constant appetite pressure that makes those conditions so hard to manage, which gives structured changes a chance to stick.
Video consultation matters particularly here, because taking half a day off for a dose review is not realistic for most people in these roles.

Getting an appointment that fits Noida traffic
The DND Flyway and Kalindi Kunj are the two main routes from Noida into South Delhi, and they behave very differently at different times.
Morning appointments before 10am and afternoon slots between 2pm and 4pm generally avoid the worst congestion in both directions for Noida patients. Evening return journeys after 6pm are the ones to avoid.
Mention your sector when you book and we can suggest a slot that works with the traffic pattern rather than against it.
For patients from the outer expressway sectors, we would generally suggest starting with a video consultation rather than committing to the journey before you know whether treatment is even appropriate for you.
Not sure if you qualify?
Send us your details and our clinical team will review them. We will tell you honestly whether treatment is appropriate for you in Noida — and if it is not, what would suit you instead. No obligation.
Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM · Online or in-clinic consultation · Reply within minutesWhat your first Noida consultation covers
The first appointment is a clinical assessment, not a sales conversation. Expect questions about your weight history from childhood, every diet or medication tried, and why previous attempts ended.
Your full current medication list is reviewed including anything prescribed elsewhere, along with family history relevant to the treatment exclusions.
Height, weight, BMI, waist circumference and blood pressure are recorded as a baseline you will be measured against at every subsequent review.
You should leave knowing whether treatment is appropriate, which medicine is recommended and why, what it will cost at your likely dose, and what happens if you do not tolerate it.
How GLP-1 medicines work
GLP-1 is a hormone your gut releases after eating. It signals fullness to the brain, slows how quickly the stomach empties, and supports insulin release when blood glucose rises.
GLP-1 receptor agonists mimic this hormone but persist far longer, which is why most are weekly rather than after every meal. Tirzepatide, marketed as Mounjaro, activates both GIP and GLP-1 receptors.
Published trials report average total body weight reductions of roughly 20% at the highest tirzepatide doses over about 72 weeks, with diet and activity support alongside.
Patients typically describe the constant mental noise about food quietening, rather than feeling forcibly unable to eat.
Who qualifies, and who does not
The framework is a BMI of 30 or above, or 27 or above with a weight-related condition — type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, hypertension, sleep apnoea, PCOS or fatty liver disease.
South Asian patients develop metabolic complications at lower BMI than European populations, so several guidelines apply lower thresholds. We assess waist circumference and metabolic markers alongside BMI.
Treatment is not prescribed with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2 syndrome, a history of pancreatitis, in pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with planned conception soon.
If you do not qualify, a doctor should say so plainly and explain what would suit you instead.
How your dose is decided
Treatment begins at the lowest weekly dose regardless of your weight or goal. That starting dose builds tolerance rather than driving weight loss — which is why month one is not a fair test.
You stay at each level for a defined period, commonly four weeks, before an increase is considered. At each review your team assesses weight trend, tolerance and nutritional intake.
If you are struggling, the dose holds rather than rises. Most patients who pause for a few extra weeks go on to tolerate the next step comfortably.
The right dose is the lowest one producing a good result you can tolerate. Not everyone needs the maximum, and reaching a lower effective dose also costs less.
What it costs and how to compare quotes
These medicines are priced by strength, so monthly cost rises as your dose escalates. No honest clinic can quote a single flat figure before assessing you.
Ask what the cost will be at the dose you are likely to need, not the starting dose. Patients who budget only for month one are frequently caught out around month four.
A programme should include consultations and reviews, injection training, a personalised diet plan with dietitian access, side-effect management and discontinuation guidance.
Because obesity is chronic, the meaningful figure is annual rather than monthly. Costs do not vary by which part of NCR you are treated from.
Warning signs when choosing a clinic
Be cautious of anywhere prescribing injectable medicines without a proper doctor consultation — the clearest sign of a clinic treating a prescription medicine as a retail product.
Compounded or unbranded tirzepatide and semaglutide circulate at lower prices across NCR. They are not quality-assured, dosing cannot be verified, and regulators have issued warnings after adverse events.
Guaranteed weight loss figures, pressure to buy prepaid packages on a first visit, and no dietitian involvement are all meaningful gaps.
A short commute is worth little if the clinic behind it is not managing your safety properly.
